All contracts carry a minimum term of 2 years, and then annually thereafter.

Payment is due thirty days from the day we are commissioned to build the web site.

Copyright of the design remains with Trilo-Byte Computer Services, except for graphics provided by the client, unless otherwise agreed.

All Packages do not include marketing, except the initial one-off Search Engine submission.

Basic changes will be made at no extra cost during the period of hosting, at the discretion of Trilo-Byte Computer Services. Any alteration deemed too large will be classed as a redesign and the client will be informed of extra charges that may be incurred.

If invoices are not paid on time Trilo-Byte Computer Services maintain the right to remove the site from public view.
